About the Founders
My name is Eric Guidice and I am the CEO of headcount365. I am a former Head of Recruiting from some of the highest growth and most operationally efficient companies in the world. I led internal departments at Uber, Bird Scooters and Clutter to hire thousands of employees, while clearly communicating progress to my stakeholders.
Since 2019, my co founder Scott Eichengrun and I built our consulting business Unicorn Talent, that has helped 100+ internal recruiting leaders get promoted, by implementing the tools and processes we’ve built to create a predictable, sustainable hiring engine. The foundation this success was built upon was a complex spreadsheet and time consuming management process, that organized hiring data into tools and reports that allowed us to manage recruiters and report back to our leaders. It took hours of hiring manager meetings, financial reconciliations, and applicant tracking system maintenance to produce the results we knew a software could automate.

We leverage time-to-fill data to help guide talent leaders on when roles should be started, or if they are hired on time. Best of all, we provide intelligence using the headcount data, giving talent leaders the information they need when managing their executive team regarding the recruitment progress.
